Store Locators, ‘for when you want to get a little fancy’ — Maison 9

Post Malone’s new Rosé brand, Maison №9, launched their new store locator. The company sold 50,000 bottles in the first two days. And yes, a liquor store’s massive barrel becomes a historic landmark.

To quote Post Malone, “Rosé is for when you want to get a little fancy” — and here is the recipe to build a fancy story locator using Mapbox GL JS. This guide will walk you through how to create a store locator map using Mapbox GL JS. You’ll be able to browse all of the locations from a sidebar and select a specific store to view more information. Selecting a marker on the map will highlight the selected store on the sidebar. We use Sweetgreen as an example, so while not quite as fun as Rosé, they have a healthy number of locations. Feel free to contact Sweetgreen and join me in asking for a return of the chickpea salad.
